Motherlode, CA - Johnny Creek Baits, in full partnership with Anglers Paradise, is proud to announce the first-ever Johnny Creek Baits Only Tournament, launching April 12, 2026 at Lake Don Pedro out of the Fleming Meadows ramp. This marks the beginning of what both organizations hope will become a long-running series of locally driven, community-focused fishing events in the heart of the Motherlode.

With tournament interest across the West Coast surging—thanks in large part to the consistent momentum created by Bass Angler Magazine—the region has been calling for more grassroots, high-quality events. Johnny Creek Baits and Anglers Paradise, both proudly local, are stepping up to deliver exactly that.

The event will be professionally operated by the same experienced team that runs the popular Windy Wednesday Night tournaments on the Delta, ensuring a smooth, well-organized experience for every angler.
